SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY CASE MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP
Our virtual training workshops are FREE to participants and encompass four distinct steps, each tailored to provide a comprehensive learning experience and practical skill development:

1. Virtual Workshop Training (20 Hours): Participants begin by completing a 20-hour virtual workshop training session. This intensive program covers essential aspects of Social Security Disability case management, including legal processes, client advocacy, and administrative procedures, all conducted in a virtual format for convenience and accessibility.

2. Hands-On Field Training (5 Claim Approvals): Following workshop training, participants engage in hands-on field training, where they assist individuals experiencing homelessness obtain SSD/SSI benefits. By actively participating in real-world scenarios, participants gain invaluable practical experience and aim to achieve a minimum of five SSD/SSI claim approvals.

3. Detailed Case Review: Upon successful completion of field training, participants undergo a detailed case review process. This stage involves comprehensive evaluation and feedback on their performance, ensuring that participants are fully prepared for independent practice.

4. Independent Contractor Case Manager Position and Mentorship: Qualified participants are offered an independent contractor case manager position within the ELEVATE team. In addition to managing cases for our healthcare practice subscribers' clients, they take on a mentorship role, supervising and supporting new program participants.
